What we provide for you....
We hope that you will enjoy your stay at Alpine Meadows and to help make
your stay as enjoyable as possible we provide the following:
Bed Linen and Towels
Bed linen is changed weekly and towels twice weekly.
Cleaning
We will service your apartment regularly during your stay, although we do
not do the washing up for self-catering guests, much though we enjoy this
activity!
Laundry
There is a washing machine & tumble drier available on request. There is
also a huge sink for cleaning muddy boots etc and a drying room where damp
clothing can be hung to dry.
Storage
Ski and snowboarding equipment, bikes etc can be stored in the cellars on
request.
Cot,
High Chair and Bed Guard
Please tell us when you book whether you would like to use the cot,
high chair or bed guard.
Car Parking
is free, but please park in front of the brown
cellar door and not in front of the entrance to the
field.

Welcome Pack
Why not order a welcome pack so that you can enjoy a simple meal
on arrival? Please e-mail us for further details.
Taxi transfers
Can be arranged for you at an additional cost.
Breakfast
We can provide a
large Austrian style breakfast
which we will
deliver it to your door so you can enjoy it in the comfort and
privacy of your apartment.
Alternatively in the summer you might like to
breakfast on the patio or in the garden.
Evening Meal
A three course meal including wine and coffee
also served in the comfort and privacy of
your apartment.

Mountain bike hire
We can arrange this for you.
Ski and snowboard hire
We are happy to arrange ski/snowboard hire for you in advance or
accompany you to the ski-hire station on your first morning.
Ski-lessons
If you would like us to book you into private ski lessons we can
arrange this for you and again we will come with you on your
first morning if you wish.
Any other Special Requests
Please e-mail us soon as possible but at least two weeks before
your visit and we will try and help.

What we ask you to do for us....
Please pay your deposit promptly
Bookings are not secured until your deposit is paid. All deposits are non
refundable unless we can re-let the apartment. We
reserve the right to cancel bookings if the deposit is not received within
14 days of the issue of the booking confirmation.
Please pay the Balance
of your rental at least four weeks before you arrive.
The apartment is available
from 16:00 on day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 on day of
departure please.
Please don't smoke
The apartment is non smoking. We ask that you do not smoke anywhere inside
the house.
